Decision summary
The Court dismissed applications to discharge single-judge orders and refused extensions of time to seek leave to appeal from the refusal to strike out the Nevis Fixed Date Claim and Fraud Claim. The applications for leave to appeal therefore fell away, and the application for a stay in the Fraud Claim was dismissed. The applicants were ordered to bear the costs of the applications.
