   Decision summary

   The General Court dismissed Anastasia Ignatova's action seeking annulment of the Council measures maintaining her name on the restrictive-measures lists concerning actions undermining or threatening Ukraine's territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence. It held that the Council had adequately established the relevant benefit connected with Sergei Chemezov and that the amended criterion covering immediate family members and persons benefiting from leading businesspersons operating in Russia was lawful and properly applied. The Court ordered Ms Ignatova to pay the costs.
