    The Court discharged the part of the interim anti-suit injunction relating to the WFOE Proceedings. It made no order on fortification of the undertaking as to damages, dismissed the plaintiffs’ variation summons, and made a costs order nisi in favour of the defendant for the summons and variation summons, with a certificate for two counsel. The Court held that the WFOE Proceedings arose more closely from the loan and share pledge agreements, whose Mainland jurisdiction clause applied, and that the plaintiffs had not shown to a high degree of probability that those proceedings breached the arbitration agreement in the joint venture agreements.
