    The Supreme Court allowed the appeals against interim measures granted by the Kyiv Court of Appeal, set that court's 25 March 2026 order aside, and refused Dimask Holding LTD's application for interim measures in the arbitration-related dispute concerning the parties' 22 October 2025 sale-of-shares agreement. It held that the application did not establish a real risk to enforcement, improperly affected companies that were not parties to the arbitration, and would have duplicated measures already granted by a Cypriot court.
