    The Court of Cassation quashed the Paris Court of Appeal judgment of 29 January 1975 refusing exequatur of the 2 July 1956 arbitral award. It held that the diplomatic agreement between France and Yugoslavia concerned only the rights of those States and could not deprive SEEE of its contractual remedies, and remanded the case to the Orléans Court of Appeal.
