- The Court of Cassation rejected the challenge to the validity of KMP's representation and procedural acts, but quashed in full the Paris Court of Appeal judgment of 23 May 2023 in the proceedings concerning declarations of enforceability for three Luxembourg decisions. It held that the Court of Appeal, rather than the case-management judge, had to examine objections to the regularity of the requests because they could undermine the decisions under appeal, and remanded the case to a differently composed Paris Court of Appeal. KMP was ordered to pay the costs and €3,000 to Mme [G].
