   Decision summary

   The Kyiv Court of Appeal dismissed Limited Liability Company HIMMELTEK's application to set aside the 19 December 2025 award in International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Case No. 172/2025.
