    Decision summary
    The Tribunal found that the Respondent breached Article 4(2) of the Treaty by failing to accord fair and equitable treatment to the Claimant's investment. It ordered the Respondent to pay EUR 350,000 in compensation, with semi-annually compounded LIBOR interest from 30 March 2007 until full payment, and EUR 350,000 toward the Claimant's legal costs and expenses. Each Party otherwise bears its own costs, the Parties share equally the costs and expenses of the Tribunal and ICSID, and all other claims are rejected.
