   Decision summary

   The Supreme Court dismissed Energoatom's appeal and upheld the Kyiv Court of Appeal's 3 February 2026 ruling recognizing and permitting enforcement in Ukraine of the 9 July 2025 ICAC award. It held that the asserted public-order, wartime-payment, sanctions, and state-importance arguments did not establish a statutory ground to refuse enforcement, and upheld the award of EUR 200.00 in legal costs and UAH 1,514.00 in court fee against Energoatom.
