The Kyiv Court of Appeal, composed of Judge T. Ts. Kashperska of the Judicial Chamber for Civil Cases, deciding on the scheduling for hearing of the application of the Private Joint-Stock Company "For the Production of Insulins "Indar" to set aside the award of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of 29 May 2026 in case No. 252/2025 on the claim of the Private Joint-Stock Company "For the Production of Insulins "Indar" against BIOSISTEMAS Y SEGURIDAD PRIVADA S.A. DE C.V. for the recovery of funds,

On 9 September 2026, the application of PrJSC "For the Production of Insulins "Indar" to set aside the award of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of 29 May 2026 in case No. 252/2025 was received by the Kyiv Court of Appeal by electronic means of communication through the "Electronic Court" system.
By the ruling of the Kyiv Court of Appeal of 11 September 2026, proceedings in the case were opened and the respondent was invited, within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of that ruling, to submit any objections to the application.
To date, no objections to the said application have been received by the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
Guided by Article 457 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, the court

To schedule for court hearing the application of the Private Joint-Stock Company "For the Production of Insulins "Indar" to set aside the award of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of 29 May 2026 in case No. 252/2025 on the claim of the Private Joint-Stock Company "For the Production of Insulins "Indar" against BIOSISTEMAS Y SEGURIDAD PRIVADA S.A. DE C.V. for the recovery of funds, in the premises of the Kyiv Court of Appeal (Kyiv, 2-a Solomianska Street) on 19 October 2026 at 12:00.
The ruling is not subject to appeal.
